Lemon & Thyme Flavored Salt

Lemon and thyme add a beautiful harmony of flavor to your salt!

You will need:
1/2 cup flaky sea salt like Maldon
grated zest from two lemons

6 fresh thyme sprigs, just the leaves

  1. Spread the salt on a baking sheet.
  2. Sprinkle with lemon zest and fresh thyme and use your clean hands to mix well.
  3. Allow to dry for two days.
  4. Store in a salt cellar or ziplock bag.
