Orange and Crème Fraîche Truffles

Orange and chocolate is a true classic.

The Crème Fraîche gives the truffles a delicious taste.

Makes 24

12 ounces high quality dark chocolate, chopped

1 cup Vermont Creamery Crème Fraîche

1 tablespoon orange liqueur

grated zest from 1/2 organic orange

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1.Place the chocolate in a heat proof dish.

2.Place the crème fraîche in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

3.Pour the crème fraîche over the chocolate and stir until the chocolate has dissolved.

4.Add orange liquor and orange zest and stir well.

5.Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours or until set.

6.Shape the chocolate into balls in the palm of your hand.(Messy but fun)

7.Dip in cocoa powder, roll around so all sides are covered.

Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
