It’s important to use gel, as liquid coloring will make the marzipan sticky and really hard to work with.
- Take a piece of marzipan and poke a hole in the center.
- Add a drop of color and start kneading it together.
- Knead until you have the color and marbling you want. If you want a solid color just keep kneading until it’s solid.
- Press into a mold and trim with a knife.
