Serves 8-10

1/8 watermelon, in wedges

1/2 cup tequila

juice from 1 lime

For serving:

sea salt

grated lime zest

red chili flakes

  1. Place the watermelon wedges in a container and pour the tequila and lime juice over it.
  2. Leave it in the fridge for two days, move them around now and then so that they all get soaked with the tequila.
  3. Place on a platter and sprinkle with salt, lime zest and red chili flakes.
