A fast and deliscious dessert that's on the lighter side.
- Fill the bottom of 4 small thin glasses with lemon curd.
- Add crumbled cookies and top with yogurt.
- Serve with whole cookies.
TIP:
You can use homemade sugar cookies and lemon curd to make this, or just use store bought for a quick dessert!
